Our passion and vision for coffee stems from our travels though Europe's coffee culture and plantations throughout Central and South America. The greatest thing we've kept in common with all the fine elevation coffees of the world is Altitude. We found, in the Cascade Mountain at 1900 ft overlooking Seattle , that the elevation and clear mountain air equal Coffee with Altitude. That blended with our choice coffee varietal is a distinction you can not find anywhere else. We combined that with a dual drum STA roaster from Bologna, Italy to create the perfect coffee.
